Quality Policy

ZARMEN FPA Sp. Zoo. join the ZARMEN Capital Group. Principle of operation of ZARMEN FPA Sp. Zoo. is the production of hot free-form forgings and forged-rolled sets, experience in thermal and mechanical services for forgings and large-size elements.

The main goals of ZARMEN FPA Sp. z o.o. are:

  • achieving a high level of customer satisfaction with the products and services we deliver as well as the terms of cooperation,
  • development and increasing the competitiveness of the Company,
  • continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the implemented and maintained Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety, and Laboratory Management, in accordance with the requirements of the standards PN‑EN ISO 9001:2015, PN‑EN ISO 14001:2015, PN‑ISO 45001:2018 and PN‑EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018‑02.

We achieve these goals by:

  • taking into account the principle of sustainable development in production, environmental protection, health and safety in creating and executing the Company’s strategy,
  • increasing expenditures on investment, modernization, and innovation projects,
  • fulfilling applicable legal requirements and other obligations which the Company has committed to, especially those relating to health and safety at work and related environmental aspects,
  • involvement of the Company’s management in the setting and implementation of goals and tasks related to quality, environment and health & safety,
  • employing personnel with required knowledge, skills, and professional experience, and continuously raising their qualifications,
  • ensuring safe and hygienic working conditions to prevent injuries and health ailments,
  • identifying the needs and expectations of Clients and stakeholders to offer products and services compliant with requirements,
  • ensuring full compliance of delivered products and services with the requirements specified by Clients and other applicable requirements, and on time delivery,
  • continuously improving the quality of delivered products and services to meet Clients expectations,
  • collecting feedback on the level of satisfaction of Clients regarding delivered products, services and cooperation conditions, in order to continuous improvement of service level and building long-term relations with Clients,
  • setting high quality, environmental, and health & safety requirements on suppliers and subcontractors,
  • identifying and eliminating hazards and reducing risks related to health & safety that could adversely affect the health or safety of all persons under the Company’s supervision in the workplace, and seeking appropriate solutions and actions to continually improve in the area of health & safety,
  • conducting consultations and involving employees in improvements related to health & safety,
  • carrying out actions aimed at continuous reduction of environmental impact by setting environmental objectives and supervising all processes, activities, and operations related to significant environmental aspects,
  • rational management of energy carriers and materials in production processes, and reducing waste and emissions through modifications to applied technologies,
  • raising awareness of the importance of meeting Clients requirements and other applicable requirements among employees, and creating conditions for engagement of the entire personnel in efforts toward continuous concern for the quality of products and services, environment, and health & safety,
  • continuous improvement of processes established under the Integrated Management System of Quality, Environment, and Health & Safety, and evaluation of their effectiveness.

The Management of ZARMEN FPA Sp. z o.o. ensures that this policy is implemented through the shared involvement of all employees of the Company, based on the functioning Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety, and Laboratory Management, in accordance with the requirements of standards: PN‑EN ISO 9001:2015, PN‑EN ISO 14001:2015, PN‑ISO 45001:2018, and PN‑EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018‑0.

To achieve the goals and tasks set out in this policy, the Management of ZARMEN FPA Sp. z o.o. ensures proper organization and necessary resources.
